Getting cams doesn't solve his current problem. The point is not to figure out what mods to install in order to go faster - the point is to find out why it's currently so much slower than it should be...

well to some it may seem slower because you have a lot more mods than i do.... either way i think its slow so i guess this means its time to get it tuned and dynoed... thanks for the responses guys! anyone else have input??

It sounds like you have a huge exhaust leak. Also I don't see your turbo kicking at ~3500 RPM, my EVO when was stock was way faster!
You should follow Warrtalon advise, instead of going for more mods get that problem solved.
