I'm considering this, the only reason really is that I want the front and center diff that my 03 doesn't have. I autox the car, so its a big selling point for me. Also the more power, and the fact that I would get the rs. IS it worth it??? or should I just stay with my 8?

going from what style 8 ? and you're going to a 9 RS ???

 

It's a good move if you are able to negotiate a good deal and you are planning on keeping it for a while.
Cost justification is difficult because it's hard to put a price on something so unnecessary

 

I"m going from a 03 evo 8 to 9 yes. An the reason I want the rs is because the car is stricitly used for autox and lapping days. The diffs are what I want center and front. I'm not hundred percent sold on selling my 8. But I could get a front diff from quafie but theres no one in town that could put it in that I would trust. I Wanted to hear from guys who have traded up to see what they think.
