You may want to explore other owners experiences with using aftermarket intakes on the Evo.
We've had many customers remove their stock intake systems only to cause driveability issues.
(stumbling at over 5000rpms, etc.)

As a result, Mitsubishi Design, Ralliart, WORKS and Cyber Evo only recommend drop-in filters for stock turbo applications.
I'm sure their are many posts about this issue on this forum.

Just looking out,

Patience when the car dies at idle. The intake will work great once you get it tuned, but I would pass on the BOV. Get a MR JDM DV and you will be a lot happier in the end. The BOV will cause idling problems no matter what people might tell you. Unless you are running a standalone.

You can always get the Recirculation kit for the hks, or if you planing to vent like it seems I think maftpro running speed density mode be cheapest.

Its a good kit as far as I/C pipe kits go as it leaves the battery where it is. Like the other I/C pipe kits its not going to give you much of hp gains. You might want to get an exhaust system before the I/C kit.
