The right rear quarter panel is caved in right where the wheel is. It was a fairly low speed crash, like probably slower than 20-30mph. He can describe in more detail if he wants to.

Sometimes it is just hard to convince other people that young drivers are bad or even reckless because it is a fact. Most of us would say we are a safe driver; however, think about it in a big scale. Evom only has a small population comparing to the whole nation of drivers.

And in fact, young drivers DO tend to driver reckless or not responsible in most cases due to their temper (rage) and personality and/or experience.

People just need to accept the fact and statistics.

my 2 cents......buy the car back from insurance and part it out. You should be able to pofit some good money. One of my friends owns a salvage yard, and bought a totaled 03 VIII (Blue) for 7K off of the ins company. Parted it out and had made about 6K profit so far. The car only had 10K miles on it when it was totaled and it was all stock. If I come across a smashed up Evo...I'm buyin and partin out

Do you have a rental car coverage with your insurance?
Your car will most definitely be totaled if your insurance company has to pay for 6 months of car rental.
