crazy high psi-removed mbc

i am a second owner of an rs, there was a mbc, by the looks of it a custom piece, it was connected directly to the wastegate accuator and the intake vacuum line from the intake manifold to the bodv, with the turbo line running through the tee fitting directly to the boost solenoid with the wastegate line from the tee fitting plugged.
i removed the wastegate line from the mbc back to the tee fitting with the turbo to the solenoid, reconnected the bodv back directly to the intake line and i think that was it, i cant remember but as soon as i drove it, it was spiking way past 1.5bar!
i heard someone mention of a pill resistor that can be removed for more boost response and such, but was wondering if something else needed to be done or if i need to by a new solenoid
as far as i can see it is still connected
any knowledge is appreciated

why remove the mbc? holds boost better, higher psi, many benefits over not having one.

actually it seems better without it
im not sure if it was leaking or set up wrong, but it seems more responsive but just too much boost
im actually taking it in to a mitsu dealer so i want it corrected to factory

You will be back down to stock boost of 19psi tapering to 16psi. Make sure they use the authentic, OEM, Mitsu boost lines, otherwise it won't work properly.
