RnR racing...I'm a little bit frustrated..
I placed an order for RnR catback w/ HKS muffler a while back.
Ryan told me he doesn't have the HKS mufflers in stock so I decide to play some wait game. I repeatedly asked him to let me know as soon as he gets the muffler and after a long wait I call and find out they got the muffler a couple days ago..
OK, I can live with that, but what about promising me to send the unit out in a day or so? I called this morning to find out the status and ryan tells me he'll find out and call me soon. I never get a phone call from him, my pms are not returned

I'm sure RnR has a good reputation for being customer friendly, and indeed ryan was a friendly guy. But this whole thing starts getting very frustrating..
Ryan, you need to let me know asap on the status of my catback because I'm growing tired of calling, and pming.. If you don't get back to me anytime soon, I may have no option but to cancel the order altogether...

Wow another pissed off Rnr customer, go figure. Don't worry I had to wait over 3 months for my IC from them, I waited and called and waited for a bad tracking number. One company I would steer clear from.
Ryan is a good guy give him some time to get things fixed. I know they are really under a highload trying to get out orders and what not. Maybe its time for them to hire some extra helpers.

Listen fella's I go by that shop all the time and they are constantly busy, its a small shop, give ryan a lil credit, he doesnt have 20 people working with him.
As for the Exhaust, its worth the wait bro, The full 3 inch turbo back w/ carbon ti muffler and cat delete, it sounds sooo goood under throttle, all my friends can tell when i am coming. His work is unbeatable...any one see there new manifolds....so clean
I get all my parts from them and they do all my work, not a complaint in the world!!

He should hire more people in that case..
customer service is more important than manufacturing when it comes to sales.
If they want to carry their business in any sort of long term, then it is something they should consider..
having 1000 customer complaints about long shipping wait definitely does not give the company a good reputation. This will in turn, turn away many customers and make them to lose profit alot more than if they were to hire 5-10 more employees to handle customer service.

hmm your sig shows that your alrdy have an RnR catback sooo whats the problem you ordered another one or you put stuff in your sig that you dont have yet?. In any case hope everything works out for you.
