Just change your oil more often.

It looks impressive, but I guarantee that if you drive into any dealership ( not just Mitsubishi) with that on they'll have a fit. Warranty issues.

I say stick with the mitsubishi oil filter and just change your oil regularly, not worth messing up the engine just in case it doesnt work
