The west coast seems to have the better deals because they move so many of these cars. I havent seen a dealer in my area with more than 4-5 of these cars in stock if that. Whereas some dealers out west have 30 on the lot. I'm considering trading but i'll wait till i see actual photos of the real X in march. And the dealers in the northeast seem to be stuck on msrp. Some will drop the dest. & handling though.

It not fair. In CA I see dealers advertising Evo's for a hair over invoice, but here in Michigan, they all want MSRP. The demand over here is lower, so I would think the price would be lower, but it's not. Evo's sit on dealer lots here sometimes for a loooong time.

So would you conside 32,900 OTD high? MSRP is 31,399. I think most I would pay is like 31,700.

I paid 31,500 when I got my evo IX in October. I think you should be able to get it for 30,500 by now, but it depends on your area and dealership. Just remember to haggle them to the point where they just want you out of thier lives.

What was the quoted purchase price, not including TTL and other dealer fees?

i understood what he meant by "T&L" (although it's really TT&L). my point was that he listed a stupid and unattainable price for a IX.

Since I live in Delaware I don't pay tax right? Delaware is tax free. Never bought a new car though so am not sure if that tax free rule applies to that too, just assumed it does.
