What I'm about to do is use SSL headlights (03 evo) and attempt to wire a full OEM HID system (including the fogs) into my car. I'll let you know if I get it done.

On the advanced search page (https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/search.php) you can specify which evom forums you want to search. Lancer Evolution and all child forums refers to EVO specific forums only. I did not want to search for the fog light term in the regular lancer forums, the marketplace, the vendor, the regional forums or the off-topic forums. This is just a way to narrow your search to give you better results.

May want to read this search tip as well: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...dvanced+search

Sorry for trying to help you ..gesh.

For the record, I never stated 'search first'. I did actually read what you wrote, that you did search and found nothing. So in order to help you, I did a search as well and contrary to you, I did find something. I found past threads with identical topics to your question. I even provided info on how to recreate the search and provided a link to the results. I'm sorry you feel that this is useless.

Kicking myself now for wasting my time trying to help you. This is the kind of thanks that makes me not want to participate and help people on this forum. I bet that you did not even bother clicking on the link to see what that search page brought up.

A tip for the future: If you find past threads with a question identical to yours and it has no answer, it probably means that no one knew then, and probably does not know now. Posting the same thing again is not going to help you get the answer. You could have just as easily bumped one of the provious threads for the answer.

Interesting - you are right. I did not realize the search page results go away that quickly (in 1/2 day). Now I know and will put a warning in my future posts.

But people can always recreate the results as I posted the search terms and forums to search.

peace, evo on....

that is not necessarily true. people are always thinking of new ways or improvements that were not available before.

and also, i did what you told me to do and could not find anything,

if you did find a thread about it why dont you post a direct link to that thread. until that happens i say BS. if you did find one, my apologies but i doubt it.

now back to the original question.
