One of the songs I listen to when I'm at the darkside is Act a fool by Ludacris. Makes me feel like I'm on top of the world. lol

Most of the time, when I have my music cranked, I put my driver side window down. I do this because I'm so good at taking off the line without launching that I can't do it without hearing my car because I am afraid that one day I might slip the clutch too much. So I put my window down to hear the car.

Maybe I misunderstand you, but evo + stoned + loud music + "dark side of the speed limit" = crash

If you like Disturbed, Korn, etc., I highly recommend you check out some European metal bands. Here are some of my favorite tracks:

Wintersun - "Starchild"
Children of Bodom - "Bodom After Midnight"
In Flames - "Embody the Invisible"
Ensiferum - "Into Battle"
Norther - "Hollow"
Dark Tranquillity - "Lost to Apathy"

"Mind Matters" by Dark Tranquillity gets me pumped. A song called "The Plague Of Sorrow" by Old Man's Child makes me wanna run people off the road. "Blinded By Fear" is another song by a band called At The Gates that's nearly impossible to drive slow for. Testament has a song called "Down For Life" that should constantly be running at gun ranges, UFC events and whenever our B52 bombers hit the skies. Check out "My Hate Unfolds" by Callenish Circle if you're in that fuggit all type of mood. When I'm hauling serious *** there is a song called "Never Get Caught" by American Head Charge that's like the devil talking to me from my left shoulder.

However my all time favorite song for flying in the Evo is called "Stain Of Mind" by Slayer. When the song starts you'll be doing 65mph and wondering why the singer sounds so damn angry. But by the end of the song you'll be well into the triple digits and ready for a friendly game of chicken with oncoming traffic. Here are some other honorable mentions that will get you pumped up...

"Blackened" by Metallica
"Spit It Out" by Slipknot
"What A Day" by Nonpoint
"Black" by Sevendust
"F*cking Hostile" by Pantera
"Same Solution" by Nothingface
"D.I.B." by Mors Principium Est
"Pinball Map" by In Flames
"Anger" by Downset
"Innocence Gone" by Darkane
"As Time Bleeds" by Construcdead
"Eyes Of A Criminal" by Chimaira

ENJOY!

Love Pink Floyd and Doors... But when I am on 'the dark side', I crank down the stereo and listen to the 'Evo Tunes' more than anything.
