I knwo there are people out there with modded evo's that have screwed up their Transfer cases.. what did you do? just pay for another stock one from mitsu?

Rebuid by TRE is most common.
I have a used one from my 03 with 5K on it that might be for sale if you are interested.
(bought another one for my Quaife install and still have the original)
