I called Kevin today to ask a general question about the Nisei Pipe Kit. Instead of giving me a short non-descript answer, he spent about half an hour wih me to make sure all my questions were answered. At no time did I feel like he was rushing me through anything and he made sure I understood everything he was saying. It was great to find another vendor/manufacture that obviosly has a great passion for putting out a good product for the evo community...

I've talked with Kevin on the phone before also. There was an issue and he fixed it promptly... even sent my package out overnight because I needed it. GREAT guy/vendor to deal with!
