has anyone had this or anything like it put on their evo. if so how much and to what parts of the car did you put it on. seems like a good idea since it sounds like the paint sucks and i plan on running off road on a regular basis.

had a custom kit wrapped around the entire fron end of my evo all the way to half way up the heat vent about, stuff has already saved my paints *** a few times, the evo is #70 in line for a kit to be developed for it so just go to 3m's site for the scotchcal product, i believe that's it, and look up the installers in your area, find the ones that have factory training and "program access" and they will be the most qualified guys to cut a custom kit for your car, also do the mirrors and the head lights, the replacement for the evo headlight is like a grand according to the parts department i was talking to today, for the whole front end and the mirrors it cost me a total of $519 and it's well worth it, if anyone in the austin or san antonio tx area is interested i've got a guy in austin off of ben white and i 35 that will do you right, late

i'm pretty sure they use a different thickness in material for the headlights, they alone will run about $40 and their is a warranty on the film that will cover headlight replacement if one is damaged for up to $1000, good to know, also they rate it at being able to take a 150 impact from a rock without any damage.
