When I was there (okinawa Japan) in the 90's the police had fast cars too ( skylines and sylvias)...but they still couldnt keep up with the skilled street drivers. Most of the drivers had no fear, but the police drove with safety in mind and 98% got left.

 

What a waste of all of those cars... Made as police cars. They should be in a loving home
