What is this?
Is the wire/pipe thing the arrows are pointing to your throttle cable? At least thats what I think you are on about. Some people reroute their throttle cable to the firewall to get it out of the way. That would explain some ppl not having one in the same location.

What does that wire/pipe that goes over the engine and bolts on to the cover do? My car does not have that. see pic
But I don't have that wire/pipe (Arrow pointed in the picture) but the USDM evos have them, like in Conphuzed's evo.
