2005 White Evo (I really want this!)

What do you guys think? There is a 2005 White Evo for sale that I am thinking about trading in my Expedition for that has about 8000 miles on it. They are asking $29,000. Do you think this is a good deal? It has been on there lot for a couple of months and after speaking with them, they seem very desperate to get rid of it.

What do you guys think? What do you think my first mod should be?

29k is a lot for a used one try talking them down to about 23-25k you will save money and you can put it in to the new car. good luck and i hope you get the best car out there.

Thanks I appreciate, I was thinking about asking $27K. But seeing that they want to move it, I should be in the driving seat.

What would you recommend my first mod to be?

first mod should definitely be a boost controller and possibly a turbo timer. Then go with exhaust, intake, and all that.

always say no to the dealer one last time and walk out, they will come at you with a lower price.

It depends on whether the car has the SSL option. If it doesn't then it should be around $27K, if it does then this ($29K) is a decent deal. Also, follow this thread to find out what mods are warranty safe:

+1 on that, need more info on the car, since it's white it can be RS, GSR or MR, also if it's a GSR does it have SSL (Sunroof, Sound, Leather) option?

I just KBB'd a this car with 8000 miles and put excellent condition down but I also said it had the SSL by adding leather, premium sound, and sliding sun roof heres as follows.

Excellent $28,835

Good $27,245

Fair $25,095

I think he'll sell it for 29k easily cars are in high demand and average mileage for an 05 is 15,000 according to KBB.
