EDIT: It's a mirage with a 4G63 and a bodykit. The Evo 4 engine bay and interior are different.

Are you guessing or you know that person and know for fact that's what it is? I really wonder what he's driving. I don't see the need for all those speakers...its a car, not a club.

 

A quick image search showed the Evo IV interior/engine bay to be different. Additionally if he is living in the USA and has a genuine Evo IV he would understand how hard it is to get one in this country and would probably not do that.

Then again he could be ****ing insane.
