Probably has money and doesnt care what happens to the car. I cringe when I see that happening to an Evo, then I get jealous.

This video is from autox from wisconsin - polish auto club in chicago some evo owners are crazy. When i was watching this white evo owner going thru the track I thought he will crash his car.

i know this guy also it's Tom and it was like a 3 weeks after he bought that evo9 he's a good driver and he also has a subaru sti. This auto-x event is really great it's once a month for 9 or 10 months in the year. Best one is on december can you imagine auto-xsing in the snow?

but why floor it and jump it at the end? My guess in the track officials were kicking him off anyways, so just bust hell out of there.

How in the hell do you get an Evo to slide around like that anyway?

I think he was just having fun displaying car control and trying to drift.

because they posted something once and someone bashed 'em with the "repost." now they lurk so they can be on the other end and not feel like a "noob."

Doesn't it seem like he would have looked a lot better with some nice suspension? That last jump was hard, went out like a G

so true, its like their valuable life is being wasted. only thing is, they waste even more time bashing someone when they could have just moved on.

Yeah what a shame someone drives the car like it's intended for like speed and good handling . Maybe they should just putt around town and just enter car shows .

That's how it's suppose to be driven ! Drive it like you stole it !

OK, for those of you that think that his driving was inapropriate then picture this:
Coming into turn 13 at VIR, I brake set the car on it's nose, slide sideways then flick the car to the right to rotate the rearend and go WOT to set up for 14. I don't bounce off of the limiter but it's fun as hell.

Me and my buddy, that has an STi, call it the "rally car line". It's a good way to catch that damn z06 that just smoked me down the back straight and also a good way to rotate the car. Otherwise you have an understeering pig with a ~60/40 weight distro.

That video was "extreme" and yes I have seen it before. To those of you that baby your evo YOU ARE MISSING OUT! (unless you can't afford to fix it if you break it)
