And, best of all, you can probably sell your old evo badges to some honda guy for 20 bucks! That way, he can have the Powered By Honda, Civic type R Lancer Evolution. I bet that'd go really fast.

 

Doesn't it seem ironic and somewhat funny that so many Evo owners are REMOVING their emblems, and so many pretenders with other cars are ADDING Evo badges?? LOL!

Cincy...dude just go to the local dealership and order new badges for yourself. I just pu mine on my car and shaved the big ugly "LANCER". The damn badge only cost me 12 bucks shipped next day! Try that this way the sticky **** will be new and already on it too.

Help somebody! I debadged Lancer Evolution off of my brother's Evo for him with floss and googone. The results left an outline of the lettering that you can see in the light. I didn't wax and buff the area because I didn't have time. So I'm assuming that I need to wax that area. What specific brand would leave the best results besides Zaino? Something you can buy at a store. Thanks!

 

Could you post pictures when this is all done? This is exactly what I'm planning on doing. Sucks you can't order with no spoiler. How are you planning on dealing with the spoiler mounting holes? New trunk or body work?

 

I've been thinking about debadging mine since i got it, still havn't decided. i thought it would be funny though to do it then buy a oz badge and make it magnetic to slap on when i want to get some kicks

 

Mine just says Evo now. I cut off the rest (lution)and took the Lancer off. I'd post some picks but my wife just lost our camera. Looks good. I put a tiny speck of crome paint where the black was after cutting so you can't tell it was cut. I used a plastic spatula and some teflon detailer to lubricate it when i removed it so i wouldn't scratch the paint. had to peel some of the tape off after removing badge.
