How long does it usually take to receive the Customer Survey questionnaire after having repair work done at the dealer? I had a horrible experience at the dealer over a month ago, and I haven't gotten the questionnaire yet.

 

if they are anything like dodge you wont get one. The stealership i used to work at would pull the customers info if we knew they were going to give a bad review. This would help keep their 5 star rating. I would imagine mitsu does the same thing. Just another way to try and keep their reputation high....

 

If you are picked for the survey, it takes 2-6 weeks.
