Ok so I made a few calls today and without having to go in to any dealers I have been quoted just under $36000 OTD which seems like a pretty good price. The only thing I am comsidering is waiting a while and looking for a used evo 9 MR to save some money as it will still be under warranty so there should be nothing to worry about. My question is in CA if I bought a used car would I have to tax it again based on my purchase price when I register the car to myself at the DMV?
Thanks,
MarK.

I believe what you have to do is pay the difference in tax between the state in which you purchased the car and CA tax, so the net result is the same as buying the car in cali.

Yes, there is a relocation kit for the Evo, but you wont need that. There is a writeup on it in the faq section about how to relocate it....without the relocation kit . Happy modding man!

Who are you insured through? Is it your own policy?
