MY IX should be here in the next couple of weeks so, i opted to go with the GSR with no SSL. My question is what would i need to do to add HID's to the car. From what im understanding the 06's have projector type headlights. I did a search but didnt come up with anything so any leads you guys could provide would be helpful.

 

if you want hid then you need to get a 9006 hid kit....you want the best then get headlights from an 03evo and swap everything in

 

www.xenondepot.com or www.blinglights.com those are just a few i got mine from bling lights its very easy install, the hardest part is just taking off the front bumper to get to your headlights but thats not hard anyways.

 

any of you guys have pics of the light output maybe? I want HID's for visual aide not just to say i have them lol

 

i got the kit from xenon depot. pretty easy to install. hardest part is getting the bumper off without scratching the fenders and then finding a place to mount the ballasts. xenon depot has sample pics.
