tuning question??

i was going to get cams 264/264, 10.5 hotside and ams licp. as far as tuning goes, can i just get my safc-2 adjusted on a dyno or should i get a reflash. will there be any difference? thanks!

Safc will be fine, i would recomend a reflash to get the maximum power though.

Agree with Nez. You can definitely retune with your SAFC, but there's no reason to do it on a dyno. You don't need a dyno to retune - that can be done anywhere. Regardless, you will get more power all around if you just get a flash. You could then retain your SAFC for fine-tuning purposes and for retuning on race gas at the track (if you ever do that).

No, they aren't free. You pay $100 for another mail-in flash, which isn't much. If you had a custom road tune already, then your mail-in flashes are free for life, but not if your first flash was just a mail-in.

Al is in his forum down below like always...
