Yes. You are correct about the rear inside wheel while turning. Here is a photo of me in my friends Evo at Spring Mountain. Notice the rear left tire lifting off the ground. The harder you take it, the more it will lift.

track junkie

I'm a track junkie. On my 05' GSR I replaced the springs with Tanabe GF210's and put a Hotchkiss rear bar on (lightest setting). I dialed in one degree of negative camber all around with zero toe all around. From a handling perspective, the car is a beast on the track with these cheap ($300) mods. Much, much, much better than stock. Very little roll, very little understeer and very controlable.
