We have a forum specifically for this type of thread. I also don't think you'll see much of a difference on the single flapper vs dual flapper.

I have the dual flappers if you need one.

 

There is no such thing as a single flapper TME.

The TME turbo, by definition has a dual flapper WG. You can buy a TME and buy a single flapper hotside, swap the TME's dual flapper htoside off, and sell it to recoup the cost of the single flapper hotside, but that's about the only option.

www.forcedperformance.net sells TME turbos and single flapper hotsides, maybe you could work something out with them.

Is there a performance advantage to the single flapper? I understand that the single flappe is the new design.

 

The argument is that Mitsu made the change for a reason... increased flow/better response/more power. The fact of the matter is no one knows why mitsu made the change and no one has done back to back comparisons of the two to my knowledge.
