Mitsubishi Dealers (nyc)

I posted this about 1 week ago that I had some problems with my 05 evo. when i turn left and right you hear a rubbing noise so i figured it was something with the bushing. anywas i brought it to the dealer...in the morning i wrote down the mileage in the car before i went....anyhow i got my car back later on today and i had 10 more miles on it and i was like uh oh....and then i turn on the radio and the radio is on hot 97 which is a rap station and i dont listen to rap i dont even listen to radio except for 1010 wins for the traffic report on my way to work...anyhow i also noticed my passenger seat was pulled back all the way down like those thug kids...i was like uh yea some one was joy riding my car during there lunch break....anyhow my point the car still squeaks when i turn the wheel all the way...the dealer said it was a rubber bushing that came lose....and he replaced it...should i give it a day to settle in? or should i just go to another dealer...cause i think that this dealer is full of sh*T cause it does look like my baby was taken for a ride by the kid who moves the cars and i noticed he had a riced out honda....what should i do? let it settle for a day ? or just go and give em hell

thanks

I would go back to the dealer demanding some reason for the extra 10 miles...then flip out about how the car was when u recived it back from them...I know a few people that work at dealerships and they are lot attendends lets just say if i didnt know them i would never bring my car to that dealer, they shift with no clutch, redline, u get the point!.....the hot 97 is just funny because you think his dumbass would realize he left it on the station, also let me know what day your planing on doing this, ill try to get a new job hahah!

Call them or stop by. In person is always the best. Tell them what you found, tell them that you think that the mileage is out of line (personally I think that it might take some miles to determine if you have fixed it or not) tell them that radio has been changed and that the seat was moved radiacally from the position that it is normally in. Be respectful, don't make it personal, and make sure you get the point across that if your car is not the only one that this happened to that it made you think twice about coming back and that you are sure that others would think that same way. Tell them that it is a problem and that they need to correct it. Tell them that if you didn't make them aware of the problem there would be no way for them TO correct. It doesn't send a very good message to the customers that their car maybe driven in a way that it shouldn't. All they owe you is an apology and assurance that it won't happen again. They don't owe you an oil change.

I agree with the mileage if they are diagnosing a rubbing noise. It's easy to add up mileage when are diagnosing noises especially if it has to be moving, or it's at a certain speed etc. You verify the noise, you do some things and you drive it. If you found it the first time then you are done, if not then you do it untill you get the problem fixed.

I don't agree with anything else that was done to the car.

Im not talking about the dealer u brought ur car to, im just saying dealers suck many people dont know **** about whats going and and others just like to **** up another persons pride and joy!...I make sure i always write down my milage and make sure i watch them drive it away and watch were it is parked....All i need is some 17 year old *** driving my car and wrecking it, because thats gonna make my insurance go up and me pending on trial for murder!

Also there have been many horror stories about techs and lot attendents being caught by the cars owners while driving or beating on their cars....Just something to watch out about!
