high speed stability?

Seems pretty obvious that the Evo is a great handling car, but I haven't heard anything specific about stability above 100 mph. Anyone have any opinions on stability at those speeds?

There have been a few posts on this foum that indicate that the Evo is very stable at high speeds. One guy from Britain posted a picture of his speedometer pegged at 170 mph (he owns an FQ-340, I think). He said that it didn't feel that fast at all...

Never a problem.......not that I have but you could go over 100 mph for hours (driving cross country) and it would feel rock solid.

The wing adds a lot of downforce at those speeds, so the back end is planted. The front end seems a tad bit lighter. If youre worried about the front end not being planted enough, get some canards or a splitter. I got a set of apr canards and they make the car feel much better at those speeds.

the evo feels pretty stable cruising at 100+, but under hard braking at those speeds, the back end can get really squirelly.
