Carlos I am sorry for that and if there is anything that I can do to make it up please feel free to contact me at anytime.
Hi Mitch,

Thanks for your reply. I don't think I was complaining about that at all, to be specific, it was when you guys had the tiny shop by a cold sack, I purchased a Zerosport carbon fiber raisers, MBC and a Momo shift knob, and I was asking to borrow a 10 mm wrench to be able to drive away with the new purchased item installed (10 minutes job).

Off course I undertood the policy, you guys don't let the tools much and I understand all that. Its not a complain, you treated me right when I was there at the new shop and I don't want the people to have a misunderstanding.

I want to make clear that happened years ago when you guys were at the original tiny shop and you were more sellers than anything else.

Please don't feel like an A$$, I really like the way you treated me and you were very helpful in person and on the phone. I even appreciate you coming forward to improve your customer service.

Please don't get offended, your ciustromer service and Vividracing customer service is excellent. Nothing to worry about.

By the way, I edited my commets, it is all fixed now.

Carlos

Also;

He knows where I work(and phone number) and has yet to call and drop off the stuff he owes me.Ask him if I am lying. If he denys it I will scan the reciept he signed. I just want my stock stuff back. Would you throw out an ACT clutch with under 2k on it (was getting replaced with a triple disk exedy) ? He did.

I dont know how people got that through there heads. No it is un true, if we have a "race car" it would only be tuned by me. The only car that went south was Abners, and his was kind of a special case. There was another car that people think blew up because of tuning when in fact the turbo just took a s hit. Our race car is a 240sx and they never touched it. Every customer that came here for reflashes left very happy. I hope that helps put that rumor to rest.

Just a special set up with his water injection. His motor was tired and had seen quite a bit of abuse and it finally just went. When you do testing to find the limits of something sometimes things fail. Abner knew that the motor could go at any time, and well, it did. Any details other than that I will have Abner answer, as I am not sure on a lot of details as I was not doing the tuning, just watching.

Yes but think of the extremes that his car has seen. It may only have 40,xxx miles on it but he was also running on 87 octane and his quest for MBT really put a damper to engine life. Everyone has there opinion, and that is mine, I am not going to start a "well i think this and I think that" war, just my .02 $

Still up and running. I dont think they are out of business. They have just been busy and not posting lately. But I could be wrong.

Some of the best tuners out there, dont post on the internet much for all the childish BS that goes along with posting.

What a great thread.
People actually believe we are out of business?? We have never been busier. LOL
This is the reason why we don't post much. Its amazing that human nature will allow us to percieve rumors as fact.
We will have our EVOM site back up today don't worry. Atthat point if anyone has any crap they want to talk come on in and we will address it.

You amaze me with all the bull**** you still talk. You posted a reply in this thread, did you answer why you lost your vendor status? I would appreciate if you quoted me, and said everything I have said so far are lies, and the other members you have ripped off. Ill make this clear for everyone to read, all I want is the money you owe me, because of your horrible construction of an intercooler pipe, it blew off 5 times total( on main roads I had to get under the car and fix this ****ing pipe), until I bought a new one with my own money again because you never answered, or returned my calls, didnt answer my pm's, and thought I would just forget about it. 2 months go by and I try to call you about a clutch install, and guess who answers. Im not going back to your shop, if you want to make it right, you can paypal me the money you owe me, because we both know an obx catch can isnt worth $150.
P.S. I think im doing you a favor by limiting my responses just to the intercooler pipe, and nothing else that happened in the 10 months I was your customer.Do the right thing, and give me what you owe me.

Im awaiting your response...
