RUST Issue

Okay does anyone know of a great rust remover or a great way to restore the exhaust tip to its original shine?

My tip looks like a brown cow with all the rust spots... Please some one help...

I would think Naval Jelly or any metal polish would take care of it. It will take some elbow grease.
