Moisture in the Headlamps

Again
I had the driverside replaced at like less then 5000 miles after I bought it in late 2003 and today I look and the same one 2 years later has moisture in it again. Anybody had problems with their headlamps and moisture, I guess when I take mine in for the transmission syncro I'll complain about the headlamp again.
At 52,000 miles they might tell me I'm SOL though

If you want, you can pull out one of the builbs and put a couple of the silica gel baggies that come in new shoe boxes in the lamp to suck the moisture out. Just make sure to attach a string or something to them so you can pull them out.

So I'm the only one who has had this issue, that is wierd
I'm trying to figure out how it is happening, i mean 45,000 trouble free miles... and all the sudden I've got moisture after a hard rain.

jeez james... you could always have me mod them .... 100s of customers with no issues and a lifetime warranty here. But seriously if there is a issue i bet its in a seal of the hid o-ring or the bulbs themselves...unless of course after your accident they bought a repaired set of lights from this other company i have dealt with that open and badly repair/reseal them.... dealt with that on customers lights when i modded them....sucks.
