well, i believe all of you remember my ordeal with them a few months back. and if some of you dont then i'll tell the tale again. 2 weeks before christmas i ordered a JDM 9 rear in electric blue. when i first ordered, they told me end of january i will receive it. well just about the end of january comes i try contacting them, suposedly the owner went to Japan or where ever. and he closed up for awhile. so i was left in the dark for a week . finally one of them contact me and tell me if you want you can get a full refund or wait till the End of Febuary. so i tell them i'll wait because i really wanted that rear bumper. well guys once again it happens. its already passed febuary . i called them they keep giving me the old run around telling me another week, another week. so now im fed up i tried contacting to cancel the order and suposedly their closed today and when i tried yesterday which is suposed to be regular store hours they were closed again. all im trying to say is to everyone becareful when shopping especially with them. i feel they ripped me off their garbage. for all the people that support them thats you but me , i have had a very aggravateing 3 months of waiting.

yea, alota people on here are all for them saying their the best, me however i feel they keep giving me the run around. i call them and they keep telling me the same thing. " oh they be in next week". thats what i've heard the last 2 times i called. im tired of it. they say in their ad on the for sale forums eta 4-6 weeks. its been WAY passed 4 -6 weeks.

bro but why keep lieing about the date it'll be here ya know? i mean when i pay 700 bucks for something i would expect to receive it in a timely manner. and why would they keep on giving me the run around if they cant get it then they cant get it.

 

as some one in the buis. i can vouch. your only as good as the info given to you. if a supplier/manufactuer says it will be here in 2 weeks, we as a shop assume 2 weeks. well...for example. MSD on their new LT1 optispark distributor, said last semptember that it would be available end of febuary. called them just yesterday and they said nope, not til end of april.

AEM...a year ago, A YEAR AGO!!! told me that the AEM EMS for teh srt4 would be available by mid summer. its still not out

Baer brakes, monoblock calipers, on order for 8 months, every time we called to get a status check, they said 6-8 weeks.

the list goes on and on. it has nothing to do with the shop, afterall the shop doesnt make the parts, just distributes them to you. they are 100% at the mercy of their suppliers.

so why advertise on the for sale forums you have them IN STOCK! if you dont? thats false advertiseing wouldnt any of you argee?

 

To the original poster, your not the only one son, they did it to me three times and never made good on anything. I've also heard the same story from others that had problems with them, promise you everything you want to hear then never make good on the deal.

Each and every time I was told the parts were in stock, send my money, then nothing shows up and the BS starts. They even sent me something in writing once knowing that payment was being overnighted and still didn't make good on the deal. And that was on a phone order!


Get your money back and give someone else a try.

should've just taken your refund, once they offered you that a little light bulb should've came on. good luck though, buying one primered and painting it yourself is alot of money. hope it comes in soon.
