Just purchased this for $425 which seemed like a pretty good value. Anyone have an opinion on these parts?

Helix DP. This has been Jet Hot coated(nice stuff and cost about $200 to coat).
Ulitimate Racing Cat--Bolt on flanges; never threw a code
RMR Cat back with a Magnaflow muffler added.

I have the Helix DP and it is a good piece to pickup.
