Dude that sucks last time I was hit by somebody they had no excuse they just were not paying attention had the car one week when that happend, what about you what did they say.

No worries bro. That is what insurance is for. As long as you could walk out of your car i think he didn't hurt much more than your pride.

 

the road was wet, he said he "slid" into the intersection. to slide into me that far he must've been going really fast.

I think I'm okay. My back and neck got sore last night like 4-5 hours after he hit me. This morning I think I feel okay... still in shock about the whole situation.

 

All id say is call his insurance company immediately and put in a claim against him. Then bring the car to the best, most expensive body shop you know of. Dont let them send you to one of their "certified" shops either, choose someone you trust. Good luck getting the car back, I had a similar accident last year and all turned out well with the car.

 

Hey, can body shops do repair work on the aluminum? I have no idea.

I'm thinking about telling them to get all new parts, I don't want body work on a brand new car.

 

dont let them "roll" your shi t out, tell them it needs to be replaced, my buddy hit a deer in his camaro and dented the hood- they "rolled" it out and now it doesnt line up with the fender and headlight just my .02 cents on that one

You should. Your car is only 11 days old and your resale value has already gone out the window if you repair that. Doors have got to be hard to repair, especially around the edges so I would make them get two brand new doors and whatever else needs to be replaced. Only do work on what can't be replaced like the B pillar.
