Will the ARC intake box work with the Neisi intercooler piping/small battery setup?

yes... it's not a matter of the box clearing the pipes, it's a matter of the intake hose. plus the nisei pipes clear the stock box, and i don't think the arc box is bigger down there than the stock intake. then again i could be severely mistaken... but i don't think i am.
