I can't find it!? :(

Ok yesterday i was found a thread that had a link to a thread on another forum with a long series of pics from a magazine reviewing and giving the numbers for like 10 different exhausts for the evo8. I've been searching for like an hour now and i guess i suck at it cuz i cant find it again.....

help

didn't know there was a thread on that but the mag was the March '06 issue of Turbo & there were 12 catback exhausts in there. the Greddy Ti made the most power...

hmm thanks for that, i guess i could pick up a copy of that. I wanted to look at it again, i wanted to use it to pick an exhaust that looked good but not to ricey, was between 93 and 95 Db at idle and gave good HP gains.

the cool thing about the injen is that i believe it includes a cat delete that you can use if you want because their cat-back has the extended 02 bung for the 2nd 02 so it won't give you a check engine light. you may want to double check to make sure but i did see that in one of their ads in a magazine before, i'm almost positive.

yea it does come with the cat delete. Is it a pita to swap it for the stock cat if i need service?

Greddy clearly wins the weight and HP/TQ war... 98/102Db sounds loud, price is steep as well. 5Zegin Miracle fire has the next best weight and power, 97/101Db. Priced at $900 isn't too painful. The Injen is a tad heavy. Tanabe, has a low(ish) weight to it, at 96/101Db is a little better. Price not listed.

Greddy at $1169, how loud is it though?

i have a question too... what does it mean when it says max boost? is that the boost that it was tested on? or is that the max boost that the pipe can handle.. ha im sure thats not it but what does it mean.

its simple, all you need is some jack stands and some tools, very easy swap, four nuts and bolts
