Rear Sway Bar?

Rear Sway Bar?
I have a question for EVO owners: Is the car supposed to have a rear sway bar? My sticker says F&R, but I can't seem to find the rear one. If you know, please fill me in as I'm leaving the country in a few days and won't be back for a few months!
