dont take it to the dealer. for one they will say u need something when you dont, and with the car being so new it might take them a while. and look at the brighter side.... ur evo is hardly down for the count!

Z Dude...I'm sorry to hear about your misfortunate event. If it were me, I probably would have turned around and chased the guy down, and then....

Anway, the jittery ride may be due to knocking your alignment out. You may want to get your car's alignment checked and recalibrated.

For a new set of Enkei wheels, I saw yesterday an add in the Member Classifieds section for $1000 for all four stock Evo wheels (100 miles).

For wheel repair, check out Wheel Collision Center in Bath, PA. They usually run an add in R&T and C&D.

Good luck during finals, and try not to fret over your car. Glad to hear it wasn;t worst!

Take care,
Leonardo

The dealer replacement cost is $550 a rim.

Ah... do I need to take the wheels off to get the lip off? Because I just realized... I never got the key to the wheel locks from my dealer. I guess that also makes realignment a *****, unless the local dealer has some master key that will work with all the locks. (unlikely)

Oh whaaaaa! You just personalized you car...that's all. BTW, if you had forged rims, you would not have to worry about that rim that is screwed up. That ish doesn't happen to forged rims.

Your car is fine, just consider it lightened! Get your alignment checked, and the wheels re-balanced, file that rash off of the rim, and get back on the road. You just broke her in, that's all!

Good luck, and a big to the non-driving ******* that came around on the wrong side of the road!

In that case, be glad you didn't get a flat.

thats the same thing that happened to me when i wrecked my jetta, some guy using up my lane, dodge to the right, cept i hit ice, not mud, and i hit a telephone pole at 50ish instead of just a 180.

Doesn't look bad at all, no worries

heh heh.. that's no damage. Last month I hit a friggin dog at 100 km/h luckily i saw it crossing the road so i cut to the right and it hit the TME license plate .. The aluminum license plate took the shape of the dogs rib cage!. Its head hit the intercooler mesh and now i have two big dents on the intercooler. I almost cried when I saw the damage. but i realized even with the dents on the intercooler i didnt experience any boost leaks.. compared to the damage to my intercooler yours looks like scratch!.. if i were u i wouldnt do anything.. even my wheels have more scratches and dents than yours!

ooooh, ouch man. I would be pissed too!!! It doesn't look that bad as others have said, but if you look closely at the last pic, it kind of looks like you have a flat spot in your rim. Rght above where the DOT is. It might just be the angle of the pic, but it does kinda look bent.

I mean BELOW the Dot.
