Your head gasket is likely blown.

if you overfill the tank its normal for the water to drain out!its not a lown head gasket if it was the car would go into the red zone!

Do you see bubbles in the overflow tank when the car is running? If so, thats not a good sign. Also you can do a compression test to check your HG. Its really easy on our cars.

oohh...yeah my gauge stays in the middle. It happened when after I took my car to get an oil change at the dealer then the next day took it out the track and on the 4th run my car just started shooting coolant from the overflow tank. since then Ive noticed it fills up completly after I dvive the car hard. The coolant isn't overfilled.

If is stops doing it soon, it might be just because the dealer topped the coolant off when doing the oil change.

Is the coolant actually bubbling while you watch it? Usually that means compression is leaking into the cooling system through the headgasket.
