Flash Numbers...

Ok I was just wondering what the highest dyno and fastest time slips are for any EVO with a flash?

I know about Kevin, he ran a 10.9@129MPH with a flash (if you believe him), any others running similiar times and what are your dyno numbers? Doesn't matter the set up, just only that you have a flash.

First, I don't even remotely believe Kevin.

3000W, I think you need to clarify what you mean by "flash." There are many cars that have Xedeflash's that are in the mid 11's at 122 to 125 mph. Similarly, there are many cars with reflashes that are using SAFCs and MBCs to achieve low 12s and high 11's. So, are you looking for a "pure" reflash equiped car with no other adjustments to boost and/or fuel?

Yes pure flash is what I was looking for, no piggybacks or stand alone, it's ok, I pretty much no the numbers for most, but just in case there was somebody on these forums I missed I just wanted to make sure, don't think there is.

He doesn't use his own product, he uses an AEM I believe. And most of his customers run SAFC's to run race gas.

Is there anyone else out there with a true flash? No modifiers at all with high (over 500) for a dyno figure. I am curious as well.

A IX with stroker and stock turbo did 400whp/500wtq with a Dynoflash. Then, that same car did 540whp after adding a GT35R again on a Dynoflash and no extra tuning devices.

That was on a dynojet correct?

Yes, of course. No trap speeds to confirm unfortunately. The guy has moved onto AEM EMS already, because he has a modding illness and more money than sense.

Im pretty sure he went with a Motec not AEM, But it would be nice to see the trap on that car. Should be a beast.

Are you saying that he should have stuck with the reflash for his GT35R set-up?

Ah, yeah it could have been MOTEC. I haven't kept up with his detailed decisions. I just know he went with a standalone.

David, by no means was I saying that. He's just gone really crazy with mods in a short amount of time after blowing his engine from running too much boost. The money spent is mind-boggling.
