How do I get my Dealer to fix my car?

I have had my car in with them 6 total times. I have told them everytime that its makes noises.

I know its the TC and I want a new TC and read end.

They keep denying my claim saying its syncros or some other bull****. My car is 100% stock and only has 25k miles have had this problem the whole time i ahve had it and have been into it with them about it. Im sick of spending 40 bucks to drive it to them only to tell me that "its normal" or that I will have to bring it back. I have been there 9 times and its been in the shop 6 times. They have workd on my car 3 times. Changed syncors twice and IDK what the other was.

EDIT: 2003 Tarmac Black VIII

Sound comes from under te car sounds like something metal is draggin on the blacktop. But nothign is dragging and nothing is rubbing anywhere

2nd bit of noise is when you shift gears you can hear a "tink" in every gear. When you are driving and go from 2-3 or 3-4 you hear a "thud" coming from the back of the car. Sounds like linkage but then again im not a mechanic
