brand new EVO, revved and blew smoke

well, as I posted before, I have a new EVO MR, it has a little less than 700 miles on it. I had a visitor at my house today, and he wanted to hear it, so I started the car and gave it a couple quick revs. Nothing serious, I think I took it up to like 2500 RPM, but for the first 2 revs, some black smoke or whatever came out, but then it cleared up completely, is this normal, like the seals or whatever? I know these cars run really rish but damn, I'm wondering, if anybody knows, let me know. Performance isn't affected at all, I didn't even know till my brother pointed it out.

Black smoke = Fuel (good)

White smoke = coolant (bad)

Blue smoke = oil (bad)

Uh oh. Mine blew blue smoke out today. I gassed it a little to get into traffic when it was cold. It's not fully broken in yet either. Should I run back to Mitsubishi before they void my warranty?

Actually I looked it up and it turns out that I am in fact past 600 miles on the odometer. Would the smoke have been caused by all the crap that's in the oil from the break-in?

I would like to know the answer to that question aswell,

Mine has just finished the break in period and if im standing still and rev it --no smoke at all.
when im on the highway and someone is tailing me at night if i give it a little she smokes a little white ---(same oil has not been changed)

You should see what comes out my pipe when I first start to drive. It's like I have my own smoke screen!

Mine does it when its warm... not at stanstill only when taking off down the highway not high revs... not sooo much but noticeable (paranoia of having a new car)
could it be the running in oil?
