Im a new to the evo9, what are people maxing out with (HP) with the stock evo9 turbo? thanks (yes i searched already no help for me)

 

Depends... Race gas or pump or alky? Stroker kit? nitrous?

 

ive would say around 400 whp-450. Could be more? But ull need a tbe, cams, intake if necessary, flash, mbc that would yield 380 whp around there. With race gas and etc, i would say around the 400

 

i mean on race gas with no stroker just bolt on parts and stock turbo no nitrous.

 

just all bolt on with race gas you could do about 400..

 

The IX turbo can make a lot of power very easily, but it seems to max out around 400whp just like the 03-05 turbos. I don't know if this is a hotside limitation, but despite the fact it makes so much power on basic mods, it still hits a wall at high boost and around 400whp. This does not mean that people won't make 430whp or so eventually, but most will have trouble getting beyond 400whp.
