I just recieved my 3" Ultimate Racing test pipe from the lancer shop today. 4 wires were just taped to the pipe and there were no instructions as to what to do with them. Supposedly, this test pipe will not cause a CEL.... but there is no module or anything to do this, just 4 strips of wire with no connections, wire caps, or anything.

So, what am I supposed to do with these wires? If anybody has experience with the Ultimate Racing test pipe and could reply I would appreciate it.
