Buschur S1 + Cams

I was wondering if I'd benefit more from a Buschur S1 kit and then cams, instead of going with S2 and no cams, I am going to try and keep a budget here so I figured with the S1 kit and then adding cams I could improve my top end. Do cams provide a noticable difference in power? I often get confused as to which ones to buy as well, I see 272/264 or 264/272 or 264/264 or 272/272... Ughhh, some help?
