Sheet metal intake help with my mods?

I would like to know if a sheet metal intake would help with my mods. I have done everything that I am planning to do with my car, and this is about the only part that I would change. This is a street car that goes to the track once in a while. White Rabbit turbo cat back down pipe no cat meth kit intercooler pipes comp 280 cams aftermarket exhaust manifold and 02 housing MBC. I know it might not help much without going to a larger turbo but 15-20 hp would be worth it to me as I said I am at a stopping point with mods And this is about it as far as bolt ons go. Thanks for any advise.

you mentioned nothing about a tune in your mods list. 280 cams with no injectors? what about a fuel pump and a FMIC?

Intake manifolds run way better on stand alones I believe. In your position, I would install a larger intercooler.

Upgrade the intercooler, and you're not fooling anyone when you say you're done modding.

Laf.

Well for a little bit . I have looked at doing an intercooler, but from what I have researched it does not seem like it would help much since the white rabbit only flows a little more then stock. You thoughts on this? thanks for the feedback.
