I wanted to compile some data on the basis of these engine failures. Please select your setup below, and if your selection isn't there, post here and tell us what you had that might've led to your engine's demise.

I don't care what flash you had, so don't post it here, a flash is a flash.
I don't care what MBC you had, so don't mention that either.

I'd like to keep this product bashing/tuner bashing free.

And I DO recognize other components heavily affect the condition of your tune (ie untuned intakes, etc), but I want to specifically see the affect of fuel pumps, MBCs, and flashes on our engines. . .
