Naw, I'm a lifelong Washingtonian. I just bought in CA to take advantage of real estate prices - I think triple in seven years is okay. Besides, I couldn't stand to be there more than a few weekends a year.

No that's not bad at all. If you've got a comfortable living that's great. It's tough to reach those levels by 30 in this area. Although I have to say I've never met a genuinely happy person who broadcasts their financial prosperity to perfect strangers. Maybe you're the first. In fact you know what...you probably are.
