Buschur 20g-9-5 compared to stock!! (56k warning)!!!

For all of you out there that doubt the 20g from Buschur all I can say right now is WOW! What a nice peice of work! I took the extra step and polished it making it look pretty under the hood (although you don't see much of it)

before polishing (first day I got it)

after polishing

My friend, Troy, is excellent at polishing! He did this in less than 5 hours!

Here are the two side by side!!

If you want to know any information on polishing please PM me.

Wow, looks very nice. I didn't realize that the 20g was that much bigger than stock.

The 20g isn't bigger; it's the IX compressor housing that's bigger. The 20g part is just the compressor wheel.

it is that much bigger because it is the evo 9 turbo, which has a bigger compressor housing then the evo8 turbo

It's the compressor housing that's bigger...yes. Both the VIII and IX turbos still come from the factory with a 16g compressor wheel.

Exactly... when I first saw a IX turbo I thought it was an upgrade. I was told it was stock, the housing is much bigger than the VIII.

Just like everyone is saying, the housing is off of the stock EVO9. I had it polished to give it that little extra "something". I will def. keep you guys posted on how it works out for me.

If those crazy guys and BR would get my upgraded WG actuator to me I can put this thing on!! J/K (It should be here today, if Nick shipped it overnight, I am not sure)

I am sure BR is keeping busy with all my phone calls sorry guys!

When you look at the two in person the EVO9 compressor housing looks MUCH bigger!

ECU comes back on Wednesday, injectors/fuel rail/turbo go in tonight and tomorrow night.

I will keep everyone posted....
