Hey Guys,
Called up the dealer yesterday and asked them if they would install after market Xenon HIDs, they guy in service said they don't carry any such upgrades neither will they get invloved in installing one. He also said if I installed a kit, it would void all electrical warranties in the car, Is this true?

Depends on the dealer.

 

If the aftermarket part causes a problem then the factory warranty would NOT cover the repairs. It makes absolutely no difference what that part is. If it's not stock and it causes a problem then it is not warranty. Yes, it really is that simple. Warranty is for defects in materials and workmanship.

I don't see why it would be a problem since Evos with the SSL package have them. Maybe you could get ahold of some stockers.
