I think that clip they put the silencer in right?
so without the silencer how loud it gonna be?

 

Blitz nur is definitely a little louder but not by much. IT just sounds meaner and nastier like a oldass V8. Greddy is definitely very loud as I can hear my friend coming from like 2 or 3 blocks away. Titanium resonates louder than steel....Greddy can't help that. But hey, its only liks 8.4 pounds total or something close to that.

I've been doing some searching and MyEvoStore.com has some great video clips of exhausts. The hks's seem a bit quiet to me. I may have to go with the Tanabe ultra medalion when i get my evo.

 

Greddy Ti is LOUD as FAK ... as with any Ti exhaust the metal is thinner ... (and lighter) ...

 

You already have an exhaust that is notrious for being the loudest of all (on other cars) and want to switch to one that people also complain is too loud (the Ti). I don't think its worth the money and that you are setting yourself up for disapointment, unless you switch to one that is supposed to be quiet by design.

In the Turbo Magazine exhaust shootout the Blitz made 20.5hp/19.1tq and the Greddy Ti made the most at 27.5hp/22.1tq over stock.

maybe a little off topic but.....what is the loudest exhaust youve ever heard on an Evo?

 

The Blitz Nur Spec is probably the loudest without the silencer. I love mine.

 

I saw alot of evo on the street and some of my friend have it.
never notice anycar lounder than my. lol

 

That was my 2nd choice after the GReddy Ti. I don't think anybody complains about it being too loud. It is 2.95", stainless steel piping, carbon/ti muff, and has a sharper neckdown inside the cannister.
